    Been twice once the service was fantastic once just very good!! Compared to petsmart who are 0 for 5 with me. I only go there desperate.

    I went looking for a water pet toy and Ama (my dog) loves it!! Great service, great selection. A great local store that has everything for our four legged friends! Check them out!

    Love those girls, they really care and provide great service. We adopted our Furgus from Little Rascal's, they nursed him back to health and we loooove him to pieces.

    I've been in there a couple of times and each time they don't smile or greet you. They just stare. They don't ask if you need help. When I did need assistance they make you feel like a bother. So now I just go to Nanaimo pet stores.
