    The staff here are friendly and very helpful. Very reasonable rates too compared to others.

    Service was decent until I got a phone call saying the lock was missing on my unit. Showed up to find my lock had been cut and neatly placed on a box in my unit. Expensive fishing gear was missing but funny enough all electronics and tools had not been disturbed. Building has 2 doors which do not lock. There are cameras pointing at said doors but was told it would be hard to see when or who was in there. Seems negligent to not lock doors at night or offer info on the surveillance cameras.. I get that I was supposed to get insurance but... I feel like you have to do your part in not letting intruders onto and into your property and buildings.
